Acrylic on Canvas, 5" x 7". I saw a few paintings on a vacation awhile ago which got me excited about the idea of portraits of houses. I've been photographing houses for quite some time--collecting them, so to speak, and this pic is a morph of three of them.

The "Always Saturday" Clock
This little clock was an electric with a burnt-out motor. It's probably from the 1930's or 1940's with beautiful Deco-style numerals I didn't want to lose. It was a bear to figure out how to get it all back together and running.

A couple of clocks

Both of these are re-purposed clock cases I found in a junk store. The shocked-face clock (5" x 7") has a Bakelite case from the 20's/30's, and the yellow-face clock ( 15" x 7") has a wood case--burled walnut I think. The faces are watercolor. Both in private collections.
